Spinal Energetics

Rina is a certified Level 2 Spinal Energetics Practitioner, one of only two in NYC. This is a healing modality that uses an organic flow of motion, sound and developed processes to shift, unwind and help release tension the body is holding on to. This is for you if you seek a profound physical, emotional, mental and spiritual transformation by releasing stored tension and trauma in your body. Spinal Energetics helps activate your authentic self, increasing your confidence and power. A minimum of 3-6 sessions are recommended for your body to get attuned to the work and begin to process stagnant energy with ease and grace. Sessions are complemented with Reiki for additional healing.

Reiki

Rina is a Reiki Master, Lightarian Reiki Master, and is also certified in Animal Reiki. Reiki is universal life force that heals, relieves and relaxes. It is a powerful yet gentle modality and effective for most. Reiki fosters a sense of calm, physical well being, restores vitality and can bring a heightened spiritual connection. Reiki is particularly effective for addictive behavior, relieving pain and releasing anxiety. 

Integrated Energy Therapy

Rina is certified as a Master Instructor in Integrated Energy Therapy (IET)® for both people and animals. IET works with one's body and surrounding aura to clear physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual blockages safely and gently. This amazing modality uses specific cellular points and light-infused energy to help release difficult emotions and blockages, replacing them with positive energy and returning the body to its natural state of health, balance, and joy. IET works "to get the issues out of the tissues" using the energy of healing angels. 

13th Octave LaHoChi

Rina is certified in 13th Octave, a high-frequency, powerful quantum healing modality that brings healing to the physical and energetic bodies. It is similar to Reiki in terms of hand positions, however uses a higher vibration as well as sacred geometries and invocations.13th Octave LaHoChi is the movement of light into the body at the speed of love. It assists in reweaving the energy field and restoring meridians, activating the higher chakras and expanding the energetic bodies. 

Angel Readings + Energy Healing

Rina is a certified Advanced Angel Practitioner. Angel Readings use both intuition and oracle cards and can be general in nature or focus on specific issues. The messages are always positive and connected to your highest good. They also involve the moving of subtle energy and deep healing that the angels' high vibrations help facilitate. Angel Readings are done remotely.

Home Clearings

Rina clears homes, offices, apartments and all spaces. Whether it's moving into somewhere new, feeling stale or stagnant energy in an existing place or just wanting to raise the vibration of where you spend time, Rina uses Reiki, Angelic Energy, Crystals and Smudging techniques to clear space, magnify protection and invite healing and Angelic Energy to flourish. Bach Flower Remedies

Rina has a Level 1 certification in Bach Flower Remedies.They help raise energetic vibrations and support emotional well being. Dr. Bach believed  medicinal flowers could help eliminate disease by addressing emotional imbalances. Safe for people and most animals.

Spinal Energetics

A practice that combines Eastern and Western thought, to interact with a person’s spine, nervous system and energetic field, harnessing a person’s own innate wisdom to know and heal themselves. At least 3 session are recommended to acclimate the body to its own innate intelligence. Ask about our 3, 6 and 20 session bundle price.

A Native New Yorker

Empathic and intuitive, Rina is gifted at reading people, moving energy and releasing blocks. Upon the death of her mother, a nurse for decades, Rina became motivated to discover her healing roots and passionately studied a number of energy modalities as well as completing a 10-month intuition mentorship with Dana Childs.
